Is it possible to make changes to the menu?
What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is available starting at 7:00, 7:30, or 8:00 a.m.
Is it possible to hold a banquet?
Baths & Facilities
What are the bath hours?
The baths are available from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 a.m. the following day.
Since April 2022, all three baths can be used as private baths.
By scanning the QR code in your room with your smartphone, you can check the availability of the private baths.
Private baths are not time-restricted, so please enter whenever they are available.
Please make sure to lock the door from the inside while using the bath.
Is a bathing tax required?
A separate bathing tax of 150 yen per adult will be charged.
Can I stay in the room with pets?
Is internet available?
Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
Are wheelchair facilities available?
Can I smoke in the rooms or banquet hall?

What payment methods are available?
We accept cash, various credit cards, and PayPay mobile payments.
What are the cancellation fees?
Cancellation fees are charged as follows:
On the day of stay: 100% of the accommodation fee
One day before: 80% of the accommodation fee
From 3 days before: 50% of the accommodation fee
From 14 days before: 30% of the accommodation fee
Can I book a “members-only plan” even if it’s my first time?
Yes, you can make a reservation.
Our booking system requires all guests to register as members (membership registration and annual fees are free).
For subsequent reservations, logging in will allow you to skip re-entering your information.
What time is check-in and check-out??

Is parking available?
Yes, we have free parking on the premises, accommodating up to 15 vehicles.
Is there a shuttle service by car?
We apologize, but we do not offer shuttle service by car.
What is the nearest station?
It is a 5-minute walk from JR Himi Line Shimao Station.
